It took me less than 30 minutes to swap. Both come in standard and low profile height so, if you switch, make sure you get the same height type unless you want something different.Re: Noisy toilet seatIf it is a Dometic 300 plastic toilet, the noise is coming from the upper section of the bowl as it fits over the lower section. We had the same problem. Replaced it with a Dometic 310 that has a porcelain bowl. No more noise!Re: ESP - Easy In, Difficult Out!It's a second year extension of Forest River's one year "bumper to hitch" warranty for trailers and fifth wheels. It covers everything with no deductible.Re: ESP - Easy In, Difficult Out!The plan offered by this CW was not exactly the Good Sam ESP. I had already researched the Good Sam product on the GS website so I was familiar with it and the dealer price was close. The documents I signed had a Good Sam ESP header so in all honesty I did not reviewed them as I should have the day of the purchase. A few days later, I did review the contract and realized that this warranty was administered by United Service Protection Corp. and not Good Sam. I also noticed that this was an exclusion warranty: the contract spells out what is not warranted. That's when I made the decision to cancel the contract. Since then, I purchased a second year warranty from Forest River for $150.00.Re: ESP - Easy In, Difficult Out! kmbelt wrote: i wouldn't be so happy until the bank had the money in hand. People get a lot of lip service here. Money is in the bank!:) I consider this matter closed! Thanks again to Scott Blanc from Good Sam.Re: ESP - Easy In, Difficult Out! UPDATE I am very happy to let everyone know that Mr.Blanc has confirmed that a refund check for the full amount will be sent to my bank today!:BESP - Easy In, Difficult Out!Condensed story: Purchased RV with ESP from CW of New Port Richey FL April 18, 2015. Came to my senses on May 9 and requested in writing that the ESP be cancelled according to the contract. Received a call from the store financial manager on June 15 that everything was in order and a refund check would be sent to the bank that same week. Fast forward to today: Sixty days after written cancellation request, I am still waiting for a resolution!Re: AC help neededI assume your current AC is a Dometic Brisk Air II. Everything between the 13K and 15K is the same except that the 15K weighs 2 extra pounds (74 vs 72). Should be plug & play all the way.Re: AC help neededWhen using the A/C in very hot weather, the A/C 20 amp breaker gets hot (normal) and the main 30 amp breaker also gets hot. Since the A/C breaker is installed adjacent to the 30 amp breaker, I have experienced that the temperature is compounded and one or the other trips not because of current load but because of temperature. My solution has been to relocate the A/C breaker a couple of positions down so that it is not next to the 30 amp main. To make it easy I just swap breakers with the microwave. Again, this will prevent nuisance trips due to temperature not load.Re: China Bombs TwistI normally check the air in the morning and have used the same procedure for many years and never experienced this on all tires. I have had 1 TT tire with a leak and once had 1 tire on my truck with a leaky valve but all five? I did not check the air every day, only after a 4 day camping trip. 50 pounds first day 45 pounds last day.
