Full body paint and was beautiful but it was a POS. Traded it for a 2015 Montana and now a 2018 1/2 Montana. We like the quality of the Montana much better. With the Landmark something minor broke every time we took it out of the driveway.Re: How long do you plan to keep your TVI trade my trucks every two years. Actually trading a 2016 Ford DRW for a 2017 Ford DRW because I got a great deal in trading. On order should be here in two weeksRe: 4:10 or 3:73 ?I am trading a 2016 Ford DRW for a 2017 Ford DRW just because I want to. I am going with a 4:10 gear this time.Re: Feed back wanted on the "Real" Top BrandsMontana, Cedar Creek, Cardinal, Mobile Suites (probably the best), Jayco. I had a Heartland Landmark and it was POS, something stayed broken all the time.Re: Curt vs B&WB&WRe: Grand Design vs. Keystone vs. Big Horn Me Again wrote: stickdog wrote: We're in the process of purchasing a new fiver. We've seen them all over the last few years unfortunatly with consolidation of manufactures the ones we liked have been dropped. Looked over the Grand Design but couldn't find a floor plan we could agree on. The two we had as top contenders were the Big Horn and Arctic Fox. After spending an hour or more going over a AF 35-5 DW didn't care for the layout so we were down to one but not quite yet. We've now decided move up to the same floor plan as in the BH but in a Landmark 365. For us/me the larger carry capasity is important and DW likes the finish much better although there are some things she still likes about the BH better. I keep telling her there is no perfect RV and she/we are already makeing plans for the upgrades. Gotta keep the DW happy. Bighorn and Landmark are built on the same assembly line, however the Landmark cost a lot more. We love our BH3575el. Chris Bought a new 2013 Landmark Full Body Paint in 2013 and it sure did look good but I said it was a polished turd. Everything in the world went wrong with it. Traded it for a new 2015 Montana to make our 4th Montana with no problems at all.Re: 2017 Ford 5th wheel rear camera suggestions Chuck .. wrote: I am going to order a new Ford 350 dually this coming week and I am wondering if I should get a extra Ford rear camera for the far end (rear) of the 5th wheel for a extra $350.00. These cameras are hard wired and or you have to string a cable all the way back to the rear of the 5th wheel to operate the camera. I heard Ford is working on a wireless model but it is not out let. Anyone have one and what is your advice. PS: The dealer said it could take up to 45 days,60 days or 70 day to get the new truck from the factory the way I what the truck. I don't what to pay extra for the big sun roof that we will not use. On a sunny day an open sun roof will cook your head like an egg. Ordered a 2017 F350 DRW 4x2 on 8-2-17 and the dealer said no longer than 4 weeks it would be into the dealer. He said they are rolling them out this time of year.Re: Full Time 5th Wheel. blueglide wrote: Ford Man wrote: blueglide wrote: Wife and I are full timing in AF 32-5M. Well insulated and solidly built...GVWR 16500. At 36' we feel like we have plenty of room and lots of storage without being so big that getting in and out of places is a huge problem. Currently pulling with a F350 6.2l gasser but its at the limit of its towing capacity so we ordered a F450 diesel. Ford has some really good rebates on the XLT now. Going to order an F450 XLT tomorrow. Go on to Ford website and request a brochure on the Super Duty. Ford should put a certificate on the dealers computer for you that gives you an additional $750 savings. Try it then mention it to the dealer. I do it anytime I order or purchase a new Ford vehicle. Any questions about it send me a PM and I will try to help you thru it. Thanks for the heads up...truck is supposed to be built next week 8/7. The wait is killing me :B. I want to get a 1000 miles on it before we start heading south the end of Sept. and the park we are at closes for the season. Ended up ordering a F350 DRW 4x2 because of the height and my drive way is steep and the rear of my Montana would drag when coming in and out. I loaded it up though.Re: Full Time 5th Wheel. NO problems at all out of any of these engines. I have been criticized by FISH for saying my 11 HO Dually was trouble free with 65k at time of trade for current 15. How many miles were on each of your trucks? I never put many miles on a truck and they are all still under warranty when i trade them.
