I do that since 2007 with the same batteries.Re: Lake George New YorkTo the OP, About renting a car at Lake George and cross the border to Canada I have read a contract that it can be restricted(Canada to US). Maybe no issues from states to Canada, but could just ask the rental agency to confirm.Chevrolet Cruze automaticI know that GM now does not officially approve Chevrolet Cruze automatic for toad 4 wheel down. In fact when it was approved in the beginning of the Cruze, did someone on the forum experienced real automatic transaxle issues, or did GM simply withdraw the approval just in case there would be problems eventually. So for thoses who toad 4 wheels down an automatic Cruze, my real question is if I would like to tow a Cruze automatic that is no more garantee by GM is there a major risk of transaxle issues? I want to figure the odds having an issue to make an opinion. Jean-MarcRe: Spare tire for our Class CI have a spare tire/wheel as my class C was a rental unit before. But since 2007 and 30000 miles, I never got a flat. In such case if you have an ERS service and don't go deep far in the forests, you could do like many of the 18 wheels truckers do and just buy a spare tire with no wheels that ERS install on your existing wheel on-site. It can be a cheap used tire as it is just for emergencies, and can be replaced after if necessary to match the other tires.Re: OBX if that is what it is called??Two years ago we went to this RV park in July, visited Hatteras Lighthouse and also Wright brothers national memorial park. Here is the link http://www.nps.gov/wrbr/index.htmRe: RVing to New York CityLiberty Harbor in Jersey City, we went there two times. Same comments as other said, less than one mile walking to subway station then to Manhattan 34th st/Broadway ot to Ground Zero. Not a "campground" experience, but a great urban experience.
