Its for protection from the intense Sun and Snow up here in the Rockies. I'm on my third year with this cover, and any holes are covered with Duct Tape. It worth the small work installing this cover, because in the Spring, I remove it and marvel at the clean and perfect paint and graphics that have been protected during the harsh Winters here.Re: 2015 Winnebago Forza 34T, 340 HP enough? And to the guy above that said....you want to drag? Yeah....bring it on up here in the mountains. I will even give your v-8 gas unit a head start. :B I think Dave has moved on, haven't seen any of his posts lately but he put a 502 CI Chevy which had over 500 HP in his 13,000 lb Revcon, I don't think a 6.7 L with 340 hp and weights 30,000 lbs can get high enough to win that drag race. at Altitude? A naturally gas engine is a dog up here compared to ANY turbo charged diesel......especially with the torque advantage. HP doesn't do it up here.Re: to cover or not to cover that is the question ?We covered our last unit for the 10 years we owned it, and there was absolutely NO damage, and when we sold it, the and paint graphics looked as good as the day we bought it new. Not one iota of paint rubbing or damage. In this high altitude, Colorado Sun, a good cover is a must. I use the ADCO with Tyvek with Wind cover, and love it when the Spring rolls around, the snow melts, the birds come back to Colorado, I can remove the cover and the unit looks brand new. I have use the ADCO cover since day one on my 1 year old 2015 Winnebago Forza, and appreciate the protection it is giving me from this Sun. Big deal...climb up on the roof, pull the cover up, cover your unit. If you want your investment to look nice, do what you can to protect it from the elements.Re: 2015 Winnebago Forza 34T, 340 HP enough?Yep....after a year of owning the 6.7 turbocharged Cummins, it screams up and down the ALTITUDE induced mountains up here compaired to my 8.1 big block with headers, ECM tune, CAI, Dual exhaust with dual Magnaflows. I had the Prompts on my old Class A, and they looked like an afterthought, and the material isn't nearly as good as the Sunguards.Re: Palazzo motorhomes Effy wrote: I've read a few posts on Forza issues with the same system. I've searched here and can't find any Forza slide issues. Link?Re: thor palazzo Effy wrote: Winnie has had some of the same slide issues on the Forza that plagued the Palazzo. The link you sent is not a Forza. Just looking for all the Forza slide problems you are talking about. I did a search here, and I still don't see any. :R Lots of Palazzo slide problems, but haven't seen or read of any Forza slide problems. The problem with statements like this, is some folks actually believe these type comments are fact, when they really are just false gossip. Especially, hearing from a friend of a friend who might have had a slide issue on a Forza that was seen on RV.net, which as it turns out, isn't here, or muchless true. :RRe: thor palazzo Effy wrote: FrontRangeRVer wrote: Effy wrote: Winnie has had some of the same slide issues on the Forza that plagued the Palazzo. Link? I'm a Forza Group moderator, and I haven't heard of one solitary slide issue. Someone posted a pic on here a few months ago of the slide racked. Someone else complained theirs was broken. I don't cache these links. Look for it No pics of a "slide rack" on the Forza, as I thought, or any mention of a Forza slide issue on RV.net. Just wanted clarification, and I got it.Re: thor palazzo Effy wrote: Winnie has had some of the same slide issues on the Forza that plagued the Palazzo. Link?
