Bought a used Solitude in March 2015, had a weld break on one of the slides. Talked to GD customer service, they told be to bring it in and they fixed it, no charge at all.

My wife got me a single cup Keurig for Christmas, and we liked it soo much we bought one for the 5er. Easy use and only use what you need. < $80 on sale. Also bought some re-fillable cups so we don't have to buy the already packaged ones.
