Our TT was backed up to a view of the Guadeloupe River. Our spot is 38 which is next to a drivable ramp to the river's edge to picnic. This is view from the picture window in the back of our TT. Another view we could see while sitting ouside in front of our TT. Our parking spot mostly gravel with a cement picnic area. It had water, elec, sew, and wifi. Pack up day :) Here is the park's link if anyone is interested. They have some waterfront spots. We were in Spot 9, then 11. They have a laundry, golf course, pool and a 700 acre lake. Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012I have had some fun decorating our TT. The theme is mostly a Louisiana type style with a little Texas also. 2 flying duck pictures A Magnolia picture An iron Barometer An iron style spice rack An iron style paper towel holder and a coaster holder which is hard to see in the pic. A Texas star hook and 2 Dollar store holders which I thought was cute. Another Texas star with 2 nails for keys and the such. Another one to compliment the other. A blow dryer rack in the hall closet which has 2 hooks on the bottom. A pretty blue LED night light, the blue lights don't come through on the pic. A Tabasco picture. A Bath hanger, good for wet bathing suits. An awning lock which I couldn't sleep without, hehe This replaces the aluminum foil in the window, I figured it was time to upgrade.:) Had to have one of these. I like it. I really want to replace this soon, been looking. A closeup of the coaster holder which matches the paper towel holder and spice rack. A couple of used cabinet doors I found off of Ebay. They will be installed below the booth seats to have better access below. My DH most favorite one of all. Re: HEY we need a sticky for our TT pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Your right, it's a nice little park, just hard to get in there sometime as it is first come first serve.Re: ~Post your campsite photos here~Cypress Bend Park, Central Toledo Bend area. Their Web SiteRe: You MIGHT be an RV'r if . . .the campground your staying at already blocked out your spot for the following week without us mentioning we were going to stay longer. Imagine my surprise when I went to ask them if my spot would be open for few more days and she had already blocked the dates out.
