The nature of the beast is that the information you hope to pin down changes every day. And, what is on the websites of manufacturers doesn't really represent what they offer. For example, we wanted a destination trailer with two queen bedrooms. The one we ended up ordering was shown on the manufacturer's website as having a front bunk room with a bunk and a dinette. Making the front bedroom a queen bedroom was an option that wasn't present on their website. But, I found a two queen bedroom model on a dealer's website and was able to go see it before I ordered mine with exactly the options I wanted.Re: To make the bed or to not make the bedOur RV is always ready to go...Re: When is the best time to buy travel trailer?Right now! It will probably be fine, but there are a number of things to consider. How full will the freezer be? How hot will the temps be on your route? Will the freezer be locked? Startup current will probably be 10 - 15 Amps. It will likely level out at 5 Amps or so.Re: winterizingWhere is the outside fill port? It will be under that on the inside, probably in a cabinet. The other option is to turn it on and follow the sound.Re: Mess with the TC, You Get the Jacks... Ha ha haWow, strong jack! Where did the cone come from?Re: Uninterruptible Power Supply questionI am somewhat familiar with the APC line - at least some of them have surge protection outlets that are separate from the backup outlets. You will want to get one that has enough surge protection outlets for you.
