My swivel TV in my Jayco travel trailer has come loose at the top and is wearing. Has anyone else had this trouble and how do I fix it? Here are a few photos of what I am talking about

Maybe it's just me but torque management does not bother me. My Ram gets everything moving that I have stuck behind it just fine. I'm not trying to win a race for money.
