I guess i should say my rv will be sitting for 6 months. Thanksshould i run my fride over winter? My rig sits for about six months. when i got her i was told it would be a good idea to run the fridge once a month for a day or two while she sat. the fridge is electric and propane, and i have easy access so it's quite possible to do. looking for any thoughts regarding this. thanksCab-over bunk step up.... What do you do?I'm sum what new to rv's so forgive me. It seams to me to get in and out of the cab-over bunk one has to step on the back of the bench seat ( in my layout ). My thought is ( and seams to be happening ) that the fabric covered strip of wood that the bench cushion tucks under is flimsy and may fail. I was wonder if anyone has reinforced this area or has a better spot or way to get in. ThanksHelp! With reoccurring fresh water odourI want to solve this problem once and for all! The problem is fill the fresh water tank and water is all good. Then when it get down to about have way the water start to smell " perfumey" . This is the best description my wife and I can come up with. It's hard to say with the smell if it taste bad but if we boil the water it seams fine. Last year I tried baking soda ( and I was going to try again ) and this year I bought a bottle of after market fresh tank cleaner. I was wondering what other people use? I've read bleach his not the best but I'm ready to tray anything.Suggestions on where to install exterior shower?...I have a 24' slumber queen 1997. I would love to install a exterior hot/cold shower somewhere just not sure where. Has anyone had experience installing one on a similar rig? Also, what's the best way to cut into the rig? I'm thinking drill a hole and use a jig saw and defiantly a measure twice cut once job. Mostly I am having a hard time locating enough empty space to do the job. Any input is appreciated.
