Supposed to be high quality, "luxury" fifth wheel. I believe they're warranted for full time use. Local dealer had one for a short time, looked very nice. Would have considered it but not the floorplan we wanted.Re: What are you reading?Just finished The Journey of Crazy Horse: A Lakota History by Joseph M. Marshall III. On to William Tecumseh Sherman: In The Service of My Country: A Life, by James Lee McDonough.Re: Winterizing ?^^^^You should be fine with that, especially with daytime temps that high. Open a few cabinet doors to allow heat to get to pipes better.Re: You've got to see this 1953 Vagabond!Wow, that's amazing. Wonder how it was taken care of apparently without being used. Interesting, thanks for posting.Re: Levi Jackson & All Other Kentucky SPs; Never Again! We've stayed at Levi Jackson a number of times while visiting relatives in the area. Always found it to be well cared for and maintained. This past summer we also landed on a flea market weekend. It wasn't necessarily our thing, but those participating seemed to enjoy it. Sorry it wasn't a good experience for you.Re: Trailer Tire RecommendationsDon't know anything about the trailer kings you mention. Never heard of them. Probably not a good sign. Maxxis as indicated above are a good choice, but in my experience usually must be ordered, and are frequently on back order. More available, and with excellent reviews so far are the Carlisle HD, or the prior RH. Good idea to go up to lr e.Re: Maxxis Tires ReportI've run a set of the Carlisle RH since March 2015 with no problems over nearly 9000 miles. Hard to find a negative comment on them. As mentioned earlier, the updated HD version seems even better. Both are rated for speeds greater than 65.Re: Winterizing ?If you don't get below freezing for extended periods you'll probably be fine just draining the lines. I would blow them out with a compressor too for extra protection. You can get a fitting for that purpose at Walmart. Pour a cup or two of pink stuff in each drain to protect the traps.Re: Jinks' Christmas commercialBeautiful dog. Congratulations!
