Two years ago, a tree limb at TTO in Florida reached out and put 3 holes in my OEM roof. No seam damage but middle of roof damage. Did not hesitate, took the coach to Green Cove Springs again to have the spray roof installed. The Spray on roof is quieter, cooler in summer, warmer in winter and no maintenance is required. Best investment ever, again!Re: Backup camera recommendations for 5eryour trailer doesn't need to be prepped for the camera. I used the center red clearance light for my power source for the camera. The clearance lights need to be on for power. As far as the monitor is concerned I plugged into the vehicle 12 volt power source (ie. cigarette lighter). You then have to sync the camera and monitor. Mine works great, no loss of signal.Re: Backup camera recommendations for 5erIn March I purchased the Furrion FOS48TAPK-BL Wireless high-Speed RV Observation System with Mounting Bracket from Amazon. My 5th wheel is 43 foot. This system has worked very well on my 2016 Jayco Designer. I spliced the camera into the running light system for power and the monitor plugs into a power outlet in the cab of my F350 Crew Cab long box Dually. If you do a search of the Jayco RV Owners Forum there is an extensive thread on the installation of this unit.Re: Amazon Kenosha WisconsinThey are called Fulfillment Centers.Re: DP Oil change in OrlandoABC Bus in Winter Garden has served me well over the years.Re: Which company should repaint our class A RV?two and a half years ago I had Mike's Custom Painting do my coach .... Great job! I had gotten a price from from Creative Coach as they are only a few miles from our home .... $27K +. Mike's did it for $12K. BTW Precision Painting is on the next street over from Mike's, get a price from them.Re: Toilet Valve opens earlyI have this problem when I let the MH sit for a few weeks. The rubber seal gets dry. I take a standard toilet brush and clean the area around the valve, then run water and clean again just using the brush and water. The pedal and seal work like they should everytime (knock on wood). Been using this method for over ten years.Re: Repainting Motorhome Exterior2 years ago cost me $12K at Mike's Custom Painting.Re: Michelin vs ToyoReplaced our Goodyears with the exact size Toyo tires you are looking at. Have put 6000 miles on them since last April. Way better tire than the Goodyears and seem to be wearing very well. No squirm or harsh ride like the Goodyears.Re: Furnace issueWe have a Harney Coach Works 37' diesel pusher. Back in 2006 we were in Michigan over T-giving and the furnace started working as you describe. Mobile tech found one of three LN125 amp fuses blown. Replaced it and furnace has worked (knock on wood) since.
