Either cut back drastically as I did, or switch to caffeine free coffee and soft drinks. We leave the electric on and the heat on 50F. We leave a few lights on on timers so the place doesn't look "abandoned." Water is shut off at the meter in case of electric failure during a cold snap. We never had the traps dry out and we've been gone as long as 5 1/2 months in winter. Bills are paid online. One neighbor picks up the mail and another waters the tropical plants we leave. Trying to get everything packed up to move to FL. I haven't had as much time to spend online. We've got an accumulation of stuff from the last almost 30 yrs. All has to be sorted - what to keep, what to toss, what to sell on Craigslist and what to donate to Charity. Have your vet show you how to open her mouth safely and ask for a small balling-gun or pill-pusher to get the med' in her mouth safely.
