The jeep is not that bad it will hammer out. At the end of the day the 2” tube welded to the bumper dose not have a proper weight rating. If you get in a wreck with me and you are even 1 pound over any weight limits I will push the court to find you at fault. Some of the old lead battery UPS's that needed long run times used a somewhat similar setup. They would size the batteries for the max amount amps they would need and them size the tank for the amount of run time they would need.
