All ActivityMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Travel Lite or AdventurerI own a 2012 Travel lite 875 PSBR I bought new. I have had no issues with this camper and it works very well for what We do. Do not bad mouth ALL Travel Lites because of Quality issues for a couple years. Do your research, but we like ours and its a good entry level camper.Re: Cooking Grill TransportationI put mine in a storage tub with a lid that I strap on to the front hitch carrier. No mess at all.Re: Vintage camperThe Rampside is neat. I have never seen one in person. I have a corvair powered dune buggy that came home whole, and is now in pieces. I never paid too much attention to corvairs before I got the buggy, but I like them now.Re: Xm radio interferenceI have a Silverado crew cab and the XM antenna is far enough forward that I do not have any reception problems when my TC is on the truck. I live in Michigan and have no idea where the satelites are.Re: Travel Lite TC Owners?I have an 875 PSBR. It just had its 3rd birthday and really no issues to complain about. No leaks so far, but I store it inside. Travel Lite makes a decent camper for the price point. Mine was 9K new, so not really a high end unit. I like it for what I do with it.Re: Rubber Bed mats?Yes, a rubber mat from a farm supply is fine. When I was buying my TC the salesman was pushing tiedowns mats etc. When I declined, he stated that "everyone buys their ($250) mat". I said no and he looked shocked. 2 years later my mat, camper, and truck are just fine.Re: New Travel Lite has short in running lightsSubscribed, mine blows that fuse once in a while also.Torklift customer serviceI have a Torklift Superhitch and an extension. Well, the winter was tough on my hitch finish and being just 1 year old, I sent a message to them through their website. I wanted to buy replacment stickers so when I have the hitch powdercoated it would look like new. Not only did they send me the stickers for free, they also included a hat and pocket knife. I felt this was very good and I really like the products and now like the company. Just thought I would share this....Re: Arizona Charlies,Las Vegas dokkema1 wrote: just go to Circus Circus..KOA Make sure you lock up when you are not there. I saw a homeless guy using the bathroom every day I was staying there. "But" I liked the place, so I would go back.Re: Time for new E rated tires. Any suggestions? What rim size are you needing? I can say that in 20" the goodyear Wrangler SRA tires are very good. They were original on my Silverado w/20" wheel option. I just replaced the originals after more than 84,000 miles with the same tires. Summer daily driving and towing performance is great. Winter the tires are OK, but Blizzaks are much better. The tires are quiet also.
