tow dolly
My husband recently purchased a used master tow dolly. When we went to use it for the first time we had a problem turning corners. The swivel plate does not turn all the way back. Upon close inspection i can see through the holes what looks to be wood flooring. Is this suppose to be there? The person we bought this from said it was ready to go. I have looked on line for a diagram of the tow dolly as how it is put together but can find nothing. Is there suppose to be anything under the swivel plate? We are in our early 70's and would appreciate any information on this. thank you1.2KViews0likes4Comments
