They will not be installed at no charge! The most that we could get Ford to agree to after months of phone calls to the dealer and Ford Motors was up to $1000 toward the cost of a Remco Pump. The dealer said they will install the pump for $3500 but either way, the warranty is then void. I would strongly advise anyone to not buy a Ford of any kind. Their customer service has been terrible and their car is junk compared to a Toyota or a Honda. Do yourself a favor: DON'T BUY A FORD!295Views0likes0CommentsRe: 2010 Ford escape transmission
I had the same problem with a 2011 Escape. If you search the various forums you'll see this has happened to hundreds of Escape owners. We have tried everything to get Ford to make it right. So far their best offer is $1000 cash to make us go away.295Views0likes0Comments
