I had to redo my ductwork, eliminating five 90s and eight feet of duct, I don’t no who,designed this heating system, but they head their head up their a@&. It made a huge difference on even heat with less propane......
Try adding a delay timer on the thermostat for the fan so both the compressor and fan do not start at the same time, 8 to 10 second delay, I did this to mine two years ago, it made a significant difference.
I had a leak issue around my shower door where it met the walls and base, I used 3m marine caulk, it's about 20.00 a tube and takes seven days to cure, that was nine years ago and still no leaks.....make sure you clean it well before caulking......
