We went from the 27RL to the 303RLS. Loved the 15 27 but the 17 303 had the pantry and several other upgrades that were across the Reflection line.

I faced the same problem. I solved it by purchasing a Camp Chef stove and the hardware to attach and use it with my propane quick connect. It works much better than my previous outside kitchen.

I am with TucsonJim. Grand Design provides the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have never had a problem with the build quality. I have experienced problems with components supplied by Lippert and Grand Design has insured that the problem was corrected quickly. All the builders use components supplied by outside vendors, mostly Lippert. The differences come in the quality of the build and the manufacturers service record.

I agree with the first class service comment. I have a 27RL. Our problems have been component related or Anderson Valve problems and not assembly problems. gaf

We have the 6 gal water heater in our 27RL. We have never had a problem with back to back showers and that includes the wife washing and rinsing her hair. The shower head seems to be very conservative as well.

Kids face us a camp chef stove, quick attach hose for the camper and the storage case. We really wanted one because the ne 5er does not have the outside kitchen we were used to.

We just purchased a 27RL this week and pick it up on the 9th. Looked at quite a few brands and selected this as meeting our needs with extras. We traded in a 2013 Jayco that had some serious problems. Jayco was fixing under warranty but the problems were so severe that I was concerned that there was no real fix, just a bandaid until the warranty expired.
