Take one off and take it to a local parts store and have them match it for dimensions and performance. RobRe: Where to go for RV fishing trip in AZ or New Mex in NovemberJust about anywhere in northern New Mexico and many places in the Gila Wilderness have good stream (trout) and small lake (trout and bass) fishing... but November will be pretty chilly in those parts with subfreezing temps at night. You'll also need a non-resident fishing license: License Type Resident* Nonresident Annual Fishing $25.00 $56.00 One-day Fishing 12.00 12.00 Five-day Fishing 24.00 24.00 RobRe: Paradigm Rv..Alliance 5thThe folks across the street from us (military FamCamp with long-termers) sold their Solitude and moved into an Alliance Paradigm a year or two ago. We're in northern Maryland on the upper Chesapeake and they never had any issues with plumbing freezing in the Solitude... they did in the Paradigm last winter. I don't know the technical differences in build and insulation between the two units. It was developed for the aviation and aerospace industries intially. RobRe: Side by side towingI don't think any of the options above would be legal behind a travel trailer. Double-towing is only legal behind fifth wheels. RobRe: Recommendations for solar charge/controllerAs stated, you'll need to go MPPT - Victron makes quality, well-regarded units. RobRe: McHitch couolings are available again in the USOut of curiosity, what is the coupling for? Just looking at it, is it a fully articulated coupling for off-road use with lighter pull-behind trailers? RobRe: The Price Is Right DallasSteve wrote: bucky wrote: The rig is impressive. I'd never get it in 98% of the campgrounds we like to stay at. There is room on the truck frame for a side mounted car, that is probably the next step. I thought that was a lot of space on the truck frame. How will it get up and down? I notice your travel map in your signature. I used to have one but then it stopped working. Are they working again? It looks like you haven't been to Alabama or Louisiana. I'm in Alabama today and in about 5 days I will be in Louisiana. There is a very active HDT (heavy duty truck) group in the Escapees RV Club - all with singled semis pulling large/heavy fifth wheels. (The Volvos are the most popular HDTs and Freightliner Sport Chassis the most popular MDTs). Lots of them carry Smart Cars on the tractor behind the cab and, yes, side-mount ramps is how they do it. RobRe: Coachman Concord convection microwaveThe OEM microwaves or convection microwaves that RV manufacturers use are, for the most part, garbage. We just replaced our 30" over-the-range Furrion convection microwave with an LG. I had to switch out the lower rear bracket and drill two new holes for the top screws in the upper cabinet. It was a perfect fit from a size perspective and the quality and functions are miles ahead of the OEM Furrion. Don't get stuck trying to find what originally came in the RV - especially from that long ago. RobRe: Has anyony upgraded to Android 13 on cell phone?Look through all of the "Notifications" settings and see if there is one for Android or system notifications that got turned on with the update.
