There are great mountain views all around a 360 degree view to watch the sunrise or sunset. And you can get some great ideas on how to set up your rig for the ultimate boondocking experience. There are all types of rigs their from $400,000 coaches to older cobbled together RV's, buses and what nots.Re: Quartzsite LTVADon, no problem with Verizon service at this time, never had a problem dumping the waste tanks, we are up early.Quartzsite LTVAIt's Day #6 on our desert camp this year south of Quartzsite and it's great. Only about 8 to 9 rigs out here early. They days are a mite warm but the evenings are perfect. Lightening to the south, east, and west of us but just perfect over us. We can watch the lightening around us, but it leaves us alone. We can walk out away from the rig and have a 360 degree view of the desert and surrounding mountains If you're not here you are missing out.Re: 8' high manual vent and fanThanks for clearing that up for us.Re: Lighting to cook byYou might try grilling in the day time, works wonders.Re: Help looking for washer for full time use Bill.Satellite wrote: 9-16 gallons depending upon using the pre-wash option (I think that's the difference) or not. Does it make noise? A little bit, but my neighbors wife is noisier.Re: Help looking for washer for full time useJust curious, but those of you that have a Splindide 2100XC vented washer/drier combo, does anyone have any idea how much water this unit will use on an average wash load?Re: Help looking for washer for full time useI also use a Splindide 2100XC washer/drier combo. It has been working great and I sure don't miss going to the laundromat. You have to remember it isn't a full size washer and dryer. Check out their reviews on you tube by people that use them.Re: Trail camsJerry, I've got the same problem with my game cams, they have never taken a picture of passing elephants. I have pictures of coyotes, bobcats, meth heads, neighbors cats, and wandering Chupacabra's. I have tried all the different settings, have you found a fix for this?
