It seems that you have a dealer willing to go the extra mile for you and that these days is hard to find. I read post after post with people saying you should expect these type of problems with a new RV and this is the one thing that really gets on my nerves. I can understand some minor deficiencies happening but when it comes to major issues like AXELS, WINDOWS etc.. this has got to stop. We as consumers have to take a stand this should not be the norm in the RV Industry. Thanks for posting your problems and good luck with your troubles.Re: .^Re: Open Range Roamer window problem ToiTeyza wrote: There is no cover as it is acutally a window. The logo looks like a solid piece of the trailer when it is actually a window that you can't see threw from the outside but can see threw it when looking out. Have you tried posting your problem over at OpenRangeForums, I'm sure you will get your problem resolved. http://www.openrangeowners.com/ORforum/index.phpRe: Open Range Roamer window problemQuestions How does the panel open and close ? is it on a set of struts ? Does the cover have a lock ? if so did you make sure that it was locked with the key not just the tabs. I have a 320RES and the front window has a lock and two tabs to secure it. If you do not lock it with the key the front cover could come loose while in transit and open very easily.Re: HEY we need a sticky for our TT pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!2013 Open Range 320RES and loving it :) Re: Open Range RoamerWe have a 2013 Open Range Mesa Ridge 320RES same as the Roamer except exterior is white with grey stipes. I have to say we absolutely love the floor plan. The interior is very classy and spacious, the cabinetry is second to none. We went to a few RV shows and nothing compared IMO. Had 2 minor things happen so far under warranty called Open Range ( what a pleasure to deal with ) as the dealer is 5 hours away. I had the parts that week and I installed them myself. Like others say there is no perfect TT, some are just a little better than others.Re: RVs made in China?? Dick A wrote: az99 wrote: The US RV industry sure needs some competition. The horrendous quality and total lack of QC would be quickly improved. The quality issue is mostly a result of the loss of pride of craftsmanship, old time work ethics, and the degradation of societal mores. I don't agree with this statement IMHO the company does not give the worker the time to do a proper job anymore. I still believe people have pride in their work but what can you do if you dont have the time to assemble things properly. The sooner the rv is out the door the sooner they get paid. They just pass the deficiencies to the dealer and let them deal with it. This way is more cost effective for them. Remember profit profit profit that is all these companies care about !!! Quality is the last thing on their mind.Re: RVs made in China?? Jayco23FB wrote: The Chinese make junk. If you cater to them so be it, I will take USA made any day. The Chinese make junk. If you cater to them so be it, I will take USA made any day. Agreed..I aviod anything made in China. Almost everything I have purchased turned out to be junk. I have to laugh at this statement, do any of you own an Apple Product all made in China. I guess the iphone ,ipad,etc.. are junkRe: does anyone bring coolers anymore with full fridges? Always handy to have one around. X2Re: Residential FridgeIf you fill the door Shelves remember to tie off the two door handles, sometimes the door will swing open going around a corner.
