With the RV paperwork in order and a “meeting of the minds” between buyer and seller on the purchase price, I know you two can work out the distance problem; however, it will take you two a couple of days of your time to do it. After reading all this proposed transaction mess instead of a very reasonable and simple transaction, it sounds like what we really have here is a seller who does NOT have his or her title paperwork in order. Wandering Bob, which Cruise Line are you sailing? Beach and I have a long standing with Princess. We take our I-pads, lap-tops and I-phones. The ship usually gives me free credits assigned to my cabin or you can buy a package of credits. Both Carnival and Princess are pros at getting you started. We sent messages and pictures back home, and we got responses very quickly. What you don’t want to use the credits for is surfing the web; you will end up using up your credits very fast. I really can’t figure out why someone would take the chance or risk of being injured or death by stealing junk, such as sewer hoses, grills, or bicycles, etc. Nowadays, people with legal permits have protection and have motion cameras on their RVs. I guess thieves think their lives are worth less than the junk or their IQ is below 100, take your pick. The most prevalent crimes will be pick pockets or sale of small amounts of drugs. Can you convince him to take a buddy with him (boy or girl)? Bears Den, hope you won’t worry so much about that; you guys and gals have enough to worry about already. FEMA and other government agencies will take care of that particular problem because of the size of their pocketbooks and authority.
