I agree, but I have come to realize that, that is just part of the deal. If this is your type of lifestyle, then get ready to keep your trailer in good repair, either by doing it yourself or by opening your wallet and having the repair shop do it. (I have a whole new respect for the $90.00/hr they charge now, but dont have the time they take to schedule and do repairs) I am fortunate enough to have the skill sets to repair almost any part of my trailer. I am sure something else is going to fail in the not to distant future, but by doing my due diligence and micro inspecting the trailer, I should be able to keep it to preventative maintenance rather than emergency on the road repair. Leaving this Thursday, headed to the NY/PA boarder... After all this rain there has to be some great mud holes we can get stuck in PS, i'm taking my tools with me :BRe: WW RepairsI just laid the old membrane back down. it is still in good shape. Total cost for me to do the repair was little over a hundred dollars.Re: WW RepairsHere is the damaged right front cowling frame that had to be replaced Re: WW RepairsI finished the repair to my roof last Sunday. and just in time for a Thunderstorm. No Leaks yet :) I didnt want to go any further than the roof but I had to remove the front cowling and repair the top right corner. The good news is, I finally put those gutter spouts on that I bought 2 years ago. :BRe: WW RepairsHmm, my 2007 FS2500 is in need of roof repair. I took the letter to the dealer who called to get the part and he was told that the part is being revised to call back in two weeks. Has anyone else experienced this? I am confused as to the difference between the stabalizer and the prophylatic fix.Re: What's behind the name? Screen name that is. The Bruce Clan
