Recently I had to make a trip from Nashville to Decatur Fleetwood Service Center. Had a few issues repaired. My steps on our Providence would not retract. They repaired the steps at the facility. After returning to Nashville the steps again would not retact again. I called a mobile service repair,had a bill for $974.00. I wrote a letter to the Service manager and to my surprise a check showed up for $941.00. That is true customer service by Them. You do not see that these days. I had my 2003 Providence done at Mike's Custom Painting. Located in Indiana. It took over 4 Months to get a date. That's how good he is. Took 3 weeks to complete. A choice of 5 different colors. He straps everything off the coach. A complete factory job. It cost $15 K. But the job is super. I can send pictures if you get with me. I would stay away from Camping World. They do not do engine work and second wouldn't trust them. I agree work with your insurance company. Once they assign a claim number you will be covered till it gets fixed. If within a certain frame time the same problem reappears your still covered.1.1KViews0likes0Comments
