If any of these item has a faulty pilot assembly they can produce high levels of CO.Re: 30 AMP Connection at homeIf you want to run your ac off a 20amp circuit you better have the shortest, highest amp extension cord possible. Best would be to plug your camper plug directly into a garage plug with the proper adapter.Re: EPDM Rubber RoofAn EPDM rubber roof should last on average 20 years whether it's on a house, building or RV, more of maintained properly. Like someone else said, you will likely have trouble with seams and joints long before the EPDM actually wears out and seams can be easily repaired.Re: Camping in the rainBeing holed up in my camper always reminds me of being in a fort when I was a kid. But my camper is the best fort I ever could have imagined. I would still rather be camping in the rain than not camping.Re: gfci's wont reset, fridge and living area light only workThe OP has not given us enough information to help him. It is very unlikely that two GFCI outlet went bad at the same time. The Kitchen and Bath GFCI's will be on different circuits if not there would only be one gfci outlet. Why did you think the outlets needed to be replaced? You said the green light is on but they won;t reset. That does not make sense because if they where tripped the light would be off. If you plug a tester or a lamp into the gfci outlet is there power? If no, then the gfci out is tripped off and the green light should be off. If the tester or lamp indicates you have power but pushing the test button does not trip it off you have it improperly wired. You must make sure the you have the Load and line sides correct and you also must have the polarity correct ( hot and Neutral). To my knowledge the green light does not indicate correct wiring, just there it is on. One last thought. What is your camper plugged into? Did this problem start when you moved to a new camp ground? May the pedestal has reversed polity and it was missing with your GFCI outlets.Re: Major water leak coming out underneath trailers black coverSomething vary similar happened with my 2002 Keystone Laredo 5th wheel. When we used the kitchen sink water would drain out from various areas under the unit. Even after removing sections of the plastic under sheathing I could not tell where the water was leaking from. I was worried that the gray water tank was cracked but it turned out that the drain pipe from the kitchen sink sheared off where it entered the gray water tank. It entered the tank from the top so this could not be determined until the tank was dropped. This was a bigger project than I wanted to do laying on my back in the dirt at a seasonal site. I took it to a repair shop and the cost was about $600. This was two years ago and its been fine ever since.Re: What did you do to your Class A MH today???I bought a 2 1/2 inch memory foam mattress topper at Sam's club today. We are hopping this takes the edge off our too firm mattress.
