Your call.Re: propane tank purgingJim, when you do an exchange on LP, the 20 lb. tanks are only filled to 15 lbs. in most cases. It used to be 17 lbs. A regular propane filler will probably fill to 20 pounds. The sticker you saw on the shutoff knob should have been removed when it was filled the first time. Any tank that is over 6 months or a year old, whatever the manufacturer indicates, should be purged even though it was vacuumed purged by the manufacturer. This is a precaution the manufacturer takes.Easy Crock Pot MealSpray inside of crock Pot with Pam or olive oil. Take and place sauerkraut on the bottom then place a 1 to 2 lb. pork loin on the kraut and add more kraut on top. If you can't get a small pork loin, use a tenderloin. Cook until internal temp is at least 160. Warning! It does stink! Maybe put crock pot outside? But, the pork is so tender.Re: No see umsThis is the spray of choice here in Florida. https://www.amazon.com/NO-NO-SEE-UM-Natural-Insect-Repellent/dp/B00CO6SF78/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1492511820&sr=8-1&keywords=no+see+um+spray (soory don't know how to make this a clicky) My son-in-law fishes in the Everglades and this is the product that works best. But you could do the same thing with pork chops, chicken breast etc. Originally did Dijon Mustard but the salad dressing looked better. Fast, easy and good for cooking in the RV without a lot of stink. BTW when is the archives for recipes going to be back up. It's things like this that we want to share.Honey Mustard Onion Ring CodPicked up some cod the other day at the super market. That evening we didn't want it fried. Went to the fridge and got out some honey mustard salad dressing and smeared it on the top of the fish then got some French's Onion Rings and crushed them up and sprinkled over the cod and baked in the toaster oven. Really easy and quite tasty.Re: ScreensBeing a retired hardware owner and screen maker, yes, any screen that has straight sides and square corners can be made by anyone that has the patience. But, if there are curved corners or frames, that's an entirely different story.
