The RV's with one good tire and a truck load of chap under his RV behind on the rent and has not moved in 2 years is not what I would call a full timer. I would call them homeless with a wore out RV. The ones who come south for the winter are just snow birds. Those who travel all summer in cool country are part time travelers. I'm just a part timer my self, but look real good at it. I look at it this way, if people live in an RV due to a situation that put them there then who am I do judge. Times aren't exactly awesome right now. They are fulltimers, in my view anybody who lives in an RV is one, who am I to label them? There are places for people stuck living in an RV to stay, since most of us don't live in a park like that we don't see what its like, at least I haven't and pray I never will be. After all, could be you me or anybody here living fulltime in a wore out RV some day. Your current RV may become that wore out rig that other people will scoff at.Re: Your Rig Thats_Ok wrote: EndeavorV10 wrote: We traded in our 1999 Class A HR Endeavor for a brand new 2013 Montana 3725RL. If you really want the truth the ones the average working stiff can afford are all junk. I think price reflects Quality is close but size matters. If you get a 40 footer for 40k new you are probably not getting the best quality. Agreed, we looked at other companies that were same length (39.8 or 40ft) and for the money we paid for the 3725RL we couldn't find anything close. My wife loved a Palomino we looked at but at $20,000 less we could see the differences in the frame and other areas that explained the large difference in price.Re: New to me fifth wheel!I don't understand, flip the axles, how does that get it closer to level at the pin?Re: Your RigWe traded in our 1999 Class A HR Endeavor for a brand new 2013 Montana 3725RL. What did you use?Re: What did you do to your Class A MH today???Winterized it, topped off the batteries, replaced the engine battery with the correct size and amperage and installed the proper mount, checked all fluids, replaced V10 engine belt and air filter and installed new oil filler cap. This weekend it's going to the body shop to have the front re-painted, the drivers and passenger compartments checked to see where the water leaks are coming from and if needed the windshileds re-installed.
