Fleetwood went bankrupt, another company bought them out and moved the Fleetwood plant out of Riverside, CA to somewhere in Indiana. Fleetwood is only making motorhomes now. Parts for the Fleetwood Wilderness are hard to find. By any chance is the TC your looking at made by Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc.? If you do purchase the TC, weigh your truck first w/o TC, then weigh with TC on it. The placard is more than likely the dry weight. Truck has 6 inch lift, the p/u bed is 1 to 2 inches taller in back due to the leaf springs, OEM tow/haul mode package.
