If we sometimes use 30 AMP and other times 50 AMP campsites, what surge protector do we need to get? We don't need to buy both a 30 and a 50 AMP do we?

Any idea how to get the circled part of this picture out of our blank tank? It came off while we were using it. We can't see much down there because of a bend in the pipe. At least the tank is clean. Any ideas?
Update...we got it out!!!! The hose end was sticking up so he was able to hook the "spring" inside with the little hook on the camera and pull it out! So glad!

I ordered the sewer camera, I just hope there is something that I can grab with the hook. I don't think the magnet will work. We may be able to use the camera and grab it with a bigger hook on a long piece of wire.
