Reserve America policies
Am very upset about cancelation policy. I cancelled a reservation a full month before my arrival date and was charged $10. When we reserved through the state parks proper (before the contract was given to Reserve America) you could cancel up to 3 days in advance without a penalty. But this new contracting service has everyone locked up with higher rates and fees. I know it is our lazy and cheap park services who didn't want to do the job anymore that gave Reserve America the right to do this to everyone and I think it stinks.7.3KViews0likes57Comments
