Do they outlast wetcell Batteries or am I just as well off buying 2 wet cell batteries for use in my 5th wheel? Thanks, Bud99Alaska QuestionThis topic has been moved to another forum. You can read it here: 27071489Alaska QuestionUs and our TC plan to head for Alaska on August 12. I thought it would be a good time to start as things won't be quite as busy at that time. We would probably get to Fairbanks approx. Aug. 20th. My wife is hearing that some of the Campgrounds and tours will be closing for the season September 1st and would like to begin our trip on August 1st.. We don't plan to travel far north of Fairbanks. My question is this, do things start closing up Sept. 1st? We had planned to start back home (Ohio) around Sept. 15. Thanks as always, Bud99Re: Anti-Sway Suspension ImprovementThanks for your advice. It's well taken and I appreciate it very much! Bud99Anti-Sway Suspension ImprovementI posted a couple days ago about what product to use to improve anti-sway on my truck camper. I didn't provide enough info on the truck / camper. 2013 Chevy 2500, D/A, crew cab, long bed. 2009 Travel Lite 960 R, 1960# dry weight. Trucks overloads are on the bottom of the spring pack. I have looked at the Stable Loads and Hellwig Big Wig. I liked the Stable Loads but my reservation is, do they wear a groove in the springs when in use? Are there any other anti-sway products that you like? Thank you all, Bud99Re: Anti-SwayThank you for your help. I'm going to post again and it will give you a better explanation of my trucks suspension. Thank you again, Bud99Anti-SwayApprox 2 monthe ago we almost bought a used low milage 3500 Chevy. At the last minute I decided against it. We did buy a new 13 Chevy 2500 D/A Long Bed. We like the truck and are looking for what the best method of anti-sway is. We have a 2009 Travel Lite 96-R truck camper. We plan to visit Alaska this year and I would also be interested to know if anyone has invested in a grille guard for their truck. As always, thank you! Bud99Re: Truck choice for TCThank you for your opinions. I'll go for the 07! Bud99Truck choice for TCAfter looking at quite a few trucks for a TC I have it narrowed down to 2. First is a 2007 Chevy 3500 extended cab with D/A. Truck is in like new condition with 41000 miles. Asking $27985. Second is a new 2013 Chevy 2500 LT extended cab long bed with 6.0L. After negotiating is finished it will be 37500 to $38500. The 2007 sounds good and drives great. much power. The 2013 is new. What are your thoughts/opinions? Thank you as always Bud99
