On our Honda, once the cat was replaced, we had to drive it a hundred miles or so to reset the computer before we could get the car smogged. We also had the cat caged, hopefully to deter another theft. NormRe: Replacement catalytic converterMagnaflow has a list of dealers and installers. They also make Calif compliant cats. I'm wondering, rather than bikes, I would like to use a motorcycle rack to carry a CRF 125 dirt bike (200#). The other choice is to use the existing hitch on my towd, (Honda CRV) and mount the bike rack on the car. The CRV carries the motorbike with no problem but as a towd I'm wondering if there will be tow issues like a wobbling tail heavy trailer? Thoughts- pro or con? NormRe: Appropriate Tire Pressure? Here's what the Michelin Truck Tire chart looks like. https://www.rvsafety.com/images/pdf/michelinloadandinflationrvtruck.pdfhttps://www.rvsafety.com/images/pdf/michelinloadandinflationrvtruck.pdf Weigh your MH and find the chart for your brand, model and size tires. At max pressure, my 24' B+ wanders all over the highway, much better handling at the corrected pressure.Re: Itasca Cambria vs. Winnebago in qualityWe have an ‘06 Aspect 23d and it has been for the most part, a very nice coach. Not many Aspects or Cambrias around, so I have not been able to do a side by side comparison. Some of the external plastic bits are showing age or have been replaced. The interior cabinetry and hardware is much nicer then our previous Fleetwood products. The Aspects and Cambrias are so called B+’s, slightly narrower and shorter height-wise than the cab over C’s and that has been a convenience for us. Included a link to the ‘06 brochure. See: https://www.readybrake.com/dealer-locator.html They may do other brands, other brands may also have a list of approved installers. NormFRe: Towing Honda CR-V with Pride scooter on the backBeen having similar thoughts. In my case, a CRV and a 100cc dirt bike. Whats encouraging is driving the CRV alone with the bike on a rack is fine. As a towd, I’m not sure. I have nightmares from trying to tow a small travel trailer with the bike on the back. As a possible solution, I’m considering a double, over and under hitch extension. Tow bar on the bottom, bike rack above. Total hitch weight and tow weight should be under max capacity. Another possible option is to carry the scooter inside the CRV? I used to carry that same motorbike in my Oyssey because it was more secure from theft and weather.Re: BINOCULARSOne thing about binos is they are like shoes, one size does NOT fit all! No matter how much you spend. There are a lot of variables, so before buying, try them on. NormRe: ToadNSA Ready Brute has a list of dealer/ installers. We had good luck using the list in Los Angeles. This was a welcome surprise when we bought our used 2006 Aspect. Norm
