Our experience-we have taken two dogs camping (we had one dog at a time). Our first dog was fine being alone. Our second dog was a bit anxious. We have a Class C,and did not want the dogs going near the steering wheel, gas pedals, or large front window, so we put a baby gate across the front. We also shut the windows, no matter what the weather, because we did not want to risk either dog panicking and going through a window screen. We shut the curtains and left plenty of fresh water and a treat. We gave doggy cbd to our second dog, to help with the anxiety. We would also give our dog a loooong walk before leaving in the hope that this would cause her to sleep. To check and see if our dogs barked when we were away-we drove away from the campsite, parked, and walked back to the campsite, sat outside and read for an hour. We never heard a peep. We would also ask neighbors (if any were around) whether they heard barking or not. There is surveillance equipment that you can use-the problem is that I think you need a reliable internet source and/or unlimited data. We were careful not to be gone too long. Five hours was our limit.Re: Dually Valve Stem ExtendersDo you need to get Borg extenders from a "Borg Store," or do other stores carry Borg items?Re: Potential purchase of MHWhat would put me on high alert is the fact that the individual/company would be willing to foot the bill for delivery. We live on the east coast and bought our rv from a man in California. My husband flew out, inspected the rv, flew home, and we had a company deliver the rv. We paid, not the owner. I can't imagine that an individual/company would be willing to spend the money on a delivery. Especially on only a potential sale.Re: Dually Valve Stem Extenderstoedtoes-it looks to me like Cat Eyes are tire pressure monitors. Those we already have. Just wanted to revisit which valve extenders to buy, now that Tireman has past away. Thank you all for the input.Re: Dually Valve Stem ExtendersI have heard good things about Borg extenders. NO braided extenders-got it. Thanks for the info.Dually Valve Stem ExtendersEvery time we replaced our rv tires, we also replaced our dually valve stem extenders, which we always bought from the Tireman in California. Well, the Tireman died several years ago. So, who makes a good quality valve stem extender? Thank you.Re: Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?Happy Holidays!!!Re: A Lifetime RV AdventureThanks for the post. I enjoyed reading it.Re: Glacier NPOkay, I will tell you what I know. We stayed at St. Mary's Campground in 2018 for six days. What we liked-the campground was close to St. Marry's Visitor's Center, which we walked to every day to get the shuttle. There was also internet reception at the Visitor's Center. Because we were close to the town of St. Mary's, we had cell phone service. No hook-ups but there is a dump station. Also, only two showers for the entire campground. So, if you have an rv shower, plan on using it. Scenery is beautiful. Hikes were fantastic-one of the best National Parks we have visited. Rangers were nice. BUT, things to know-this park is PACKED with people. So, take the shuttle. Parking lots are small and fill up quickly. Glacier is HUGE. It takes a long time to get from one area to the next. We did a hike a day. By the time we caught the shuttle, got to our destination, hiked, got the shuttle, and returned to our campsite, we were tired.Re: Memphis to BransonWe JUST got back from a week at Branson. Our two favorite things-a tour of Top of the Rock and seeing the Haygoods-a show. We had never been at Branson and wasn't sure how we would like a show-it was great.
