It's more for ambiance than anything and we won't have them on for more than a couple hr's a night if that. For some reason some engineer or designer thought it would be a great idea to put a White outdoor light right next to the door, I really don't want bugs in my camper every time someone goes in or out the door at night. Everyone have a safe Memorial Day Weekend!Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012YES and I will find out this weekend, suppose to rain! :O And Fisherguy it's not as bad (bright)as the picture shows.Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012Yes only one side, didn't want to over do it. Tried to run it the length of the trailer but the steps got in the way. But happy with how it turned out. Also put an on off switch in at the battery box.Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012Got my china LED lights up and running, a lot of work, but worth it! Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012I too just got my China LED strips in the mail, I am going to put them under neath the camper on the door side, what type of switch do I need? I was thinking of mounting near the battery so I suppose I need something weather proof and how do I wire them all together to get to the battery? Also would a dimmer type switch of some sort work? Sorry NEWBIE here.. Thanks in advance for any help.
