It appears my problem with the new Champion 3500 is the gas cap. The Champion customer support is helping me. The odd thing is that there must be a latency in the vacuum caused starveout because I removed the cap and it still gagged. It must take some time to refill the line. I temporarily removed the rubber gasket on the cap and the gen is running great now. Just need to fix the fuel gage, which is next.374Views0likes0CommentsRe: 3000W Chinese Gensets Info.
My brandnew Champion 3500 bogs down randomly under no load and under load. It was a floor model so I didn't assemble it but have tried to check for loose components. I've run it for about 6 hrs so far. Any suggestions? Also the fuel gage doesn't work, I thought I saw a post on this but haven't been able to find it. Great thread btw.280Views0likes0Comments
