Hi All I have had a few 3/4 ton trucks a 1997 2001 2003 2005 2009 and now a 2015 never in Gas just Oil burners..never had a safety and just one E-test I have never needed a 1 ton or dully had a Cedar Creek that pulled like a dead horse nice trailer but a real heavy weight...never liked the looks of the dully just dumb to have a truck that has 2 extra tires to replace...Most people have a need I think to have one .I do not just as trailer tow mirrors when needed open them up but when not close them I always do .Have a good day all Bushman:B848Views0likes0CommentsRe: Hitch advice for new ford fifthwheel prep
Got 1 question are the pucks and the adapters the in a Dodge and a Ford..I have a Dodge (Reese) adapter and want to sell it as My new truck has the rails not the pucks...The pucks worked great and I had no problems at all...So if they are the same I have a Dodge and/or Ford adapter means a bigger field of shoppers ...406Views0likes0CommentsRe: Keystone Cougar
You should add some bleach about 2cups and fill the fresh tank let stand 3-4 hours drain and repeat...Then flush with a full tank of water 2 more times...now the tank should be as clean as You can get it...I do this every time I use the trailer the water may smell a bit of bleach but that will not have any lasting effect...We use the tank water for showers and dish washing but use bottle water for cooking and drinking after all the trailer sits for a lot of the time and water can turn nasty...203Views0likes0CommentsRe: 1/2 ton towable FW
My 5er is a 1/2 Towable that was a joke the 1st owner had a new Chev. and made 1 trip and I got the trailer lol He was afraid to tow it with the Chev. I seen the see through tanks about 15 years ago and they were only 20/lb barbeque size then and $135MT never made a splash with Me carbon fiber I think looking back..Good idea but high cost try to trade one in at K-mart I think not if in need of B-Q gas You would be stuck...lol..222Views0likes0Comments
