To Alfred May: We are going to Victoria Palms mid June for a month (great rate) and we may sign an annual lease. The people we have spoken to at VP are very nice. We will also look around at other parks in the area and decide which we like the best. VP sounds very nice though and during the winter they have a lot of activities. I would like to get opinions on which 55+ communities are the best in the RGV. We are in our early sixties. Husband plays golf, pickle ball, tennis, softball, etc. We both play water volleyball and I do yoga. We have dogs. We have a Class A Motorhome. Any opinions will be appreciated. My husband and I are looking for a community in south Texas for 55 plus senior any suggestions?? One that we are looking at is Victoria Palms in Donna,Texas. Any opinions on that park. We also have been watching YouTube and one that seemed nice was Bentsen Palm. It sounds like you have to buy the lot though and we aren't ready to do that. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Hi Bill,, We turn on our personal hotspot on one of our phones. Then we use the Roku -no smart tv yet:( When the roku comes on if it says not connected, we go to settings and set up new wireless connections. Most of the time it works with Netflix but Hulu buffers. Now that are settled and have reconnected Directv, We might quit Hulu and just record our "shows". My husband and I are full time RVers. We began our adventure September 2016. My question: how do you watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. on your tv in your RV? We use our T-Mobile personal hotspot (unlimited data) on ouriPhones and Netflix works well. However, Hulu buffers constantly. Any advice will be appreciated. I just planned my trip on rv trip wizard. I did it on my macbook pro. Is there an app to download on my iPhone so it can "map the trip" I am taking? I have google maps.
