I would like to offer my assistance should you require any additional help. It appears you have temporarily solved the problem, but I’d like to make sure it’s resolved completely. Low battery on the device can sometimes cause connectivity issues to PCs, as each new OS/Hardware combo continues to limit power supplied to the USB port to conserve battery life. Hi Folks, Other than the face plate the two units have identical software inside. Valkyriebush, if your 7720 does not show the Good Sam campground info, you will need to connect to the Rand McNally Dock and run an update to the latest maps and SW verison.189Views0likes0CommentsRe: Rand McNally GPS

Can you give me step-by-step instructions as to what you did to update the card?
