When I sold our 5er 2 yrs ago I checked nada.com and also googled my year and model to see nationally advertised prices from places such as rvtrader.com and similar and dealers advertising. Asking prices ranged from below nada to higher to unrealistically higher. But those are asking prices and likely not the actual sale price. I ended up using the nada value and sold it 2 days after listing it on Facebook Marketplace.
