The information about Ready Brake was written in 2004. At that time, the Ready Brake installation used a pulley. Also, they offered two monitoring systems, one wired, one wireless.
I would have liked to keep the post updated, but have not had the time. And, more importantly, I have not had the cooperation form the companies that I received in 2004. For each of the systems discussed, I was able to talk to either the owner of the company or one of its engineers. They have not been willing to help that much, again.
