I just purchased another Rand McNally RVND 7 GPS yesterday. It is similar to the one I have now RVND 7710.
The 7710 was flickering on the way home from Maine. So I am a little worried it maybe going out.
I do have the GPS in the dash of the truck. But I prefer a RV GPS when towing the 5er.
Richard, the Rand McNally has a 7" screen which makes it easier to see. You also can get a shade to clip on the unit that helps block out the sun.
