Good morning everyone. Its not as cold outside this morning at 45 degrees. Tomorrow we will be in the 70's, looking forward to that.
All is well here at Camp Dixie. Sue and I are feeling better beating back the congestion problem each day. Dixie and Suzie are well and happy. We don't have any plans for a camping trip, just can't seem to get enthused over leaving right now.
There is a lady in our church whose husband died over a year ago and he left her his 1964 Corvette with 54,000 miles. Its in very good condition I am told and looks like the day it rolled off the show room floor. Her family has been after me to buy it, but I am reluctant at this point to take it on. I talked with my son who shows interest in it so maybe he will buy it. I am not much of a GM fan, never have been, just like my Ford products. If that were a 56 Mercury then I just might go for it after the divorce. I don't think Sue would allow me to jump on that band wagon.
I have been looking at pictures from the past and realizing just how many dogs and cats we have rescued over the last eleven years. What a wonderful life these animals have now that they have gone to families that loves them and takes care of them.
The biggest challenge we faced was the forty cats left to us after Mr. Cy died. But God was good and homes were found for all of them.
Okay I need to get moving so I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.
