Good morning everyone. Yesterday was a beautiful day with lots of sunshine and warm temps. Went to church and then out to lunch. We went to Lieu's Chinese Restaurant and enjoyed a very good meal. We drove the 72 Lincoln to church and to Lieu's and it ran great. While we were inside eating I could see out the window and watched a crowd of folks gather around the old car looking it over.
This week is the opening of the Augusta Masters Golf Tournament. I like to watch the rounds on Saturday and Sunday trying to guess who is going to win the green coat. Lost of memories of that place as I have played there three times and have ferried cars back and forth to the golfers during the tournament back in the 60's and 70's.
I lived on Springwood drive in National Hills which was directly across the street from the Augusta National. It was hard getting to work in the mornings because of all the traffic, but I managed.
Dixie and Suzie are well this morning. Wild thing is running through the house with a squeaky toy, I just heard a loud crash in the bathroom and Sue talking very sharp to Dixie, wonder what happened.
Better go and help rescue Dixie before Sue's wrath really gets on Dixie. Okay here is wishing you a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.
