The stupidity of some dog owners astounds me! :M Leaving your aggressive dog, GSD or not, to roam the neighborhood is inexcusable. Our neighbors have a couple of Boxers that are frequently "breaking out" of their yard and running around like lunatics.:p Luckily, they are not aggressive.
