Good morning everyone. Two nights of frost has done a lot of damage to our plants and flowers. I don't think some of them will recover. Last night we were in the 50's as a low. Today we will see 80 degrees as a high. This has been a crazy winter and spring.
Sue is out with the girls for a walk. Yesterday Dixie played with a tennis ball in the house. Suzie watched for a while and then she wanted to get into the mix. Her heart wasn't really into it but she put up a good show. I look at Suzie and see a lot of history concerning the Old Fella story. She and Anna are the only ones left from the early days. I don't know what has become of Dixie and Savannah, I guess they could still be alive. I have pictures of all of them as puppies playing in and around the old house in Waynesboro. Each morning I would let hem out of their kennel crates into the back yard. They would come back in and line up to be fed and then outside again to romp and play until nap time. They would come back in and go straight to their crate to get their treat and then nap for a few hours and then back outside until supper time. Those were some great times for all of us.
I hope everyone is well and enjoying the new day. I have a lot errands to run today so I will be busy for a while. I need to get moving so I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.
