Good morning everyone. It's fifty-five degrees here this morning and the forecast is for a spring like day with lots and lots of sunshine. All the girls are up and out on their walk. Sue us doing great as her finger heals and she gets more and more use of it every day. Dixie and Suzie are well and looking forward to being able to be out in the yard enjoying themselves.
This morning I was hurting when I got up, sign of old age, feel better now that I am up and moving around. Sue wants to get some mulch from the landfill so it can be spread around in the flower beds. I need to start with the wedding vows for Austin and Emily. I am looking forward to doing the ceremony for them, tying the knot for another member of the family.
Looks as if the Old Fella Rescue is doing well and on the move. I keep up with them from their postings on Face Book as they continue taking in the strays of Burke County. I haven't heard anything about the County's effort in providing shelter for the strays nor have I heard of any involvement in animal control.
Okay I need to get moving so I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.
