Good morning everyone. Sgt. Joe Sue and I thought about being full timers but decided we needed roots and a place to come back to when we got tired of the road. Thinking of the fur babies especially Suzie it would be hard on her as she likes things to stay the same. It took her a long time to adjust to the move from Waynesboro to Piedmont. She loved her back yard where she grew up and chased the squirrels around the large Pecan tree. It was really the only home she knew for the first four years of her life. She got car sick a lot and it took her many years to over come that issue. So traveling with Suzie was limited to short trips and when we would take a long trip we always gave her something for motion sickness.
Last night I was tired so I went and laid down on the bed thinking I would get up in a short while and dress for bed. Dixie jumped up in bed and cuddled next to me and we both went to sleep.
Today I don't have much planned so I will take a break from he heat. We had rain again last night that cooled things down and this morning the humidity is so high all the windows in the house have heavy moisture on them, out side there is a heavy fog. Sue just walked through heading out for a walk with the girls.
Okay I need to get moving so I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.
