Good afternoon FOOFs
Our shower has leaked since we purchased the motor home last year at Camping World. I have taken it in 3 times to have the leak addressed (twice at another dealer). The first two times they resealed around the shower door. This time, camping world did the same thing and told me I could come pick it up last week. I explained to them again that the shower was leaking from underneath and that if they only resealed inside the shower that it is still leaking. They finally looked under the shower and said the P trap was leaking and it needed a new P trap. I have a trip planned in a few days and they still don't have the P trap installed (they told me they have the part). I can't imagine why it would take over a week to install this. I told them that I was coming to get it tomorrow afternoon whether it is fixed or not. I will fix it myself if I have to. Camping world has had the motor home for 3 weeks and didn't even start looking at it until last Thursday (when they had had it 2 weeks). Richard, I hope you have better luck getting your slide fixed. This will be my last warranty repair so going forward I will either fix issues myself or use a local RV tech.
The fur kids are doing well. Murphy got over her stomach issue and I was able to get her yearly vaccinations done last Saturday. She is doing well for a 15 year old Jack Russell. She is still full of energy. I don't want to jinx it but Monty's knee has not given him any issues for about 2 months now. He is back to chasing squirrels so I hope he doesn't injure it again.
