We are going to Lazy Days resort just east of Tampa for the weekend. My wife likes to play the slot machines at the Hard Rock casino and the hard rock is only a $10 Uber ride from the park so I don't even take my Jeep. She got something in the mail for $100 worth of free play so she is looking forward to it. Me, not so much. I am definitely not a gambler. I work a very stressful job and to put that money in the machine and it take it from me just aggravates me! :)
Speaking of stressful jobs, my wife also works in IT and has a very stressful job. She has been so stressed lately that she constantly stays sick at her stomach. She was up most of the night in the bathroom last night. She makes good money but no job is worth making you sick. I am worried about her and hope things settle down soon. Hopefully we can get through this week and she can have some fun at the Casino this weekend to release some stress.
We also have a long weekend trip planned in mid August to a core of engineers park in Port St. Lucie Florida. It is a really nice COE park that is right at the lock on the river that goes into Lake Okeechobee. The park only has 12 RV spots but has 3 right on the water. We were lucky enough to get one of the water spots.
