Good morning everyone. We had rain again last night. It came as a mighty rush of wind and rain sometime in the wee hours of the morning. I heard it and Suzie started barking and then I went back to sleep.
Sue just went out with the girls for their morning walk. It nice outside this morning at 71 degrees. Anyone camping this weekend? Any new fur babies been added to a family? I visit Old Fella's postings sometimes and see the fur babies that have been adopted into their forever homes and it sure makes me feel good. There has been a lot of Southern Belles sent to Salem over the past few years.
A lot of lives have been touched since the start of the Old Fella Rescue. I look back on pictures of Fella and remember him the first time we saw him and then to see the change after a year of being in the family. My favorite picture is of he and I with him looking up at me. We were at Modoc camping. It was his first trip back there with us as his forever family. He loved the trip and was glad to be able to visit and then go back home with us. He was a sweet old soul and we loved every minute we had with him.
Okay I need to get moving so I will close for now wishing everyone a blessed day. Be sure to give the fur babies a hug for me and be sure to tell someone you love them.
